Austin told the outlet that he's 'not ok with him' using it, adding that 'if he [Michael] didn't finish it, you shouldn't use it.'
Adding that while he 'respects' Drake, he wouldn't have done it if it was him.
Austin, who is the son of Rebbie Jackson, told TMZ his thoughts on it on Friday while out in Hollywood.
The song was a tune Michael had worked on before his hit single Thriller.
Variety writes that fellow rapper Post Malone had previously set a record on Spotify with his Beerbongs & Bentleys album, which was streamed worldwide 78,744,748 times.
Drake broke that record with 132,450,203 streams of his album's individual tracks, Variety reports.
The website also noted that on Apple Music, Scorpion was streamed 170 million times on Friday.
Drake's last release - More Life - in 2017 had 89.9 million streams on the first day.
Variety said that the results were from SpotfiyCharts.com but noted that a Spotify rep said that the data may not be 'fully accurate.'
Scorpion was the number one album on Apple Music charts in 92 countries on Friday, they reported.
Drake also finally confirmed on the tune Emotionless that he did in fact father a son with French former adult movie star Sophie Brussaux.
The musician who became a father in October 2017 - sang in the tune: 'Speaking about his experience of fatherhood, he revealed: 'I wasn't hiding my kid from the world/I was hiding the world from my kid.
"Breakin' news in my life I don't run to the blogs/ The only ones I wanna tell are the ones I can call.'
Referencing former fling Sophie, the Take Care hitmaker admitted the pair have only actually met on two occasions.
He added: 'I had to come to terms with the fact that it’s not a maybe. That s*** is in stone, sealed and signed.
'She's not my lover like Billie Jean, but the kid is mine. S***, we only met two times.'
At the end of May, Pusha-T had stirred up a firestorm of rumors on his Drake diss track, The Story of Adidon, in which he alleged that Drake was hiding a son from the world.
