Sidney Poitier passes away

RIP Sidney Poitier. Michael Jackson befriended and looked up to the iconic legend who blazed trails and shattered barriers for Michael and other Black entertainers who followed in his footsteps. Michael was inspired by Sidney’s dignity and grace, his devotion to philanthropy and humanitarianism, as well as his commitment to justice and civil rights. Sidney Poitier left the world a better place and will be missed.
